Superstructs Toy Safety

Erie, Colorado - September 16, 2007 - In response to the latest concern regarding the use of lead paint and small magnets in the manufacture of toys, WABA Fun would like to reassure all retailers and consumers that our Superstructs building sets are manufactured with the highest safety standards in mind.

Superstructs contain no paint or magnets and conform to ASTM F963-03, the American Society for Testing and Materials standard for toy safety (see www.astm.org). Because Superstructs are also sold in Europe, where even more restrictions are in place, Superstructs exceed the thorough EN-71 (parts 1, 2, and 3) test requirements for young children. All components have been retested and passed by an independent and accredited testing organization.

We pride ourselves in providing our consumers with a highly enjoyable and safe product. Adherence to the above safety standards means that building sets from WABA Fun do not use materials and designs that may be harmful to children. Our production process also inspects quality of the product at six points beginning with the inspection and acceptance of the raw materials themselves.

We’re delighted to be in the business of making fun, educational and safe toys. For more information about WABA Fun or Superstructs, please visit www.superstructs.com or call 303-926-0848.
