WABA Fun Builds Internationally Adding UK and Canadian Distribution

Erie, Colorado - June 27, 2006 - WABA Fun, LLC has announced today that its award-winning Superstructs building sets will be distributed in the UK by Education Essentials, Ltd. and in Canada by Plasmart, Inc.

These new argreements represent a significant expansion of WABA Fun's international partners and open the door for Superstructs in Europe. Education Essentials Ltd. has built one of Europe's leading toy and educational product selections and, through its sister company Treasure Trove, is well known to Europe's major and specialty toy retailers. Plasmart, Inc. of Ottawa Canada, manufacturer of the award-winning Plasmacar, has signed on to be the exclusive distributor for the Superstructs range in Canada.
